 Two Years of development, it's finally here and ready for install.  This great and profitable feature in Total Touch is now available.  You have the ability to have your customers place their carryout order on your website, on line.  They can place their carryout order today, pay for it with their credit card and travel to your location to pick it up.

    The kitchen work orders will be dispatched to your kitchen printers whether immediately or in the future.  We have backup modes in place in the event your internet is down.  These on line orders will appear under your tabs in carryout or bar pos.

     We also interface to Facebook.  Your customers can go to Facebook and order online.

     If your business  DELIVERS  we now can map a radius, for example

YOU DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF A 5 MILE RADIUS.  Here is how it works:

 

 NEW    The delivery radius map works by geocoding YOUR customer's address, we get a latitude and longitude and then run an algorithm on it to determine whether it is within the radius setup for the restaurant.

 

    So the example would be for your business, a customer would not be able to order if their address is outside of a 5 mile radius of your business.

 

     Or, they can place a future order, specified date and time, for their carryout order pickup.  This service comes with 24 hour support from your on line order specialists.  Have a question about the order, call the customer or call for on line support 24 hours per day. 

     Lets say your internet is down, no problem, we can phone you with the customer order, fax it in or email it, or all three.  You may also want to be alerted of on line orders.  No Problem, each time an order is placed, you will receive a text message, alerting you of an order on line placed.  You may want this feature on in the beginning, as you proceed to build your On Line Order Profit Center.

     You can limit the order placement time.  Lets say you only take orders from 11am to 9pm.  No Problem, we will turn of the capability to order on line before or after those specified hours.  Your website indicates of these times.

      Lets say you have delivery or maybe you dont, or maybe you will deliver in the future. No Problem, we can handle Delivery with directions and Mapping.

     As an independent restauarant or small chain, the future of On Line Ordering is here.  Most large chains offer this feature, if not today, they will soon.

     The cost is to you for startup is no cash outlay.  We have a series of plans as you build your on line business at a minimal cost.
